Uses of masking tape

Masking tape is a roll-shaped adhesive tape made of masking paper and pressure-sensitive glue as the main raw materials. The masking paper is coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive and the other side is coated with anti-sticking material. Now it is suitable for all kinds of decoration industry, electronics industry, industry, shoe industry and other purposes, with good covering and protection.

1. According to different viscosities, it can be divided into: low-viscosity masking tape, medium-viscosity masking tape, and high-viscosity masking tape.

3. According to different materials, it can be divided into: single-layer ordinary masking tape and composite masking tape.
4. According to the temperature, it can be divided into: low-temperature masking tape and high-temperature masking tape.
   II. Characteristics of masking tape
5. The viscosity is provided by a special curing glue, which has excellent solvent resistance and high temperature resistance, and will not leave any marks on the surface of the item after use.
6. Although the texture of the masking tape itself is relatively hard, we can bend the tape arbitrarily during use without being broken.
7. The bonding speed is fast. When we use the masking tape, we tear the tape apart and flatten it. We will find that the inner surface of the tape is not sticky at all, but it will stick to it as soon as it touches the object. Avoiding damage to our hands during construction.
8. It is convenient for us to use. When we leave enough tape length, we don’t need to use scissors or blades, and we only need to tear it lightly with our hands to break it off.
