The general method of tape winding: hold the wire with your left hand and the tape with your right hand. Control the tape with your thumb, and use the force of your middle and index fingers to twist the tape from left to right.
Classification of tape wrapping: positioning wrapping (point wrapping). According to the requirements of the process document, align with the corresponding indicator rod on the tooling board, find out the fixed point, hold the wire tightly with the left hand, and wrap the tape for 2 laps overlappingly, not obliquely.
Interval winding (naked winding). Wrap 1 turn at the beginning, no glue back during the winding process, the bare pitch meets the process or product requirements, and wrap 1 turn at the end. Wrap ends won’t fall off and won’t lift up.
Covering and winding (tight winding). The beginning ends are overlapped and wound for 1 turn. During the winding process, there is no reverse glue or exposed lines. The lap joint meets the process or product requirements, and the winding end does not fall off or warp.
