Tape peel force test method

To test the peel force of the tape, you need to use a peel strength tester, a manual rolling roller and a steel plate 3 instruments and accessories. The following is a demonstration of the specific test method for the tape peel force test.

1. Cut the tape into a standard test piece with a width of 25.4mm and a length of 300mm. (see picture 1)
2. Paste the cut tape on the standard 304# mirror steel plate. (See Figure 2)
3. After pasting, use a standard 2KG rolling roller to reciprocate three times. (See Figure 3)
4. After pressing, be careful not to have air bubbles in the tape. (See Figure 4)
5. After pressing, let it stand still for a few minutes, so that the adhesive tape can achieve the best effect. (See Figure 5)
6. Peel off one end. (See Figure 6)
7. Fix the finished test piece vertically on the fixture of the tensile testing machine. (See Figure 7)
